Lakes at Black Oak is a land development project located near The Woodlands in Houston, Texas.

Situated on approximately 136 acres of land, Alset EHome Inc will subdivide the land into over 689 buildable lots. All lots will be completed with full infrastructural works and recreational facilities such as parks and walking trails.

Phase 1 (124 lots) has been sold to Rausch Coleman Homes

Balance lots will be set aside for building Alset EHomes for rental.
